These terms govern your use of webdynamix.online, our mobile app and our training services provided by Web Dynamix Academy ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a course or joining a class, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy policy and Refund policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login or let others watch your paid lessons.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
Courses and access
- When your payment is confirmed you get access to the courses you bought, for the access period shown on each course page (or for life if no period is shown).
- Course content may be updated or improved over time. If a course is withdrawn, you keep access to what you already paid for, or we will offer a fair alternative.
- Physical training classes run on the days and times published on our website. We may reschedule a class for good reason, such as a public holiday or power outage, and will tell you in advance where possible.
Payments
- Prices are shown in Naira and include any discount or coupon applied at checkout.
- Card payments are processed securely by Paystack. Bank transfers are confirmed after we check your proof of payment.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Certificates
Certificates are issued when you meet a course's completion requirements (lessons, quizzes and assignments). We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, plagiarism or false information, and the verification page will then show it as revoked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, download, record, resell or share our course videos, notes or other materials except where downloading is offered for your own study;
- submit someone else's work as your own;
- harass, abuse or threaten other students, instructors or staff;
- try to break into, disrupt or overload the website, app or other students' accounts;
- use the platform for anything unlawful.
Remote jobs board
Job listings come from third-party job boards or employers. We share them to help our students, but we do not employ you, guarantee any job, or check every listing. Apply at your own discretion, and never pay anyone to get a job. Report suspicious listings to us.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to teach practical, in-demand skills, but we cannot guarantee a job, income or particular result from any course. Your results depend on your effort, practice and circumstances.
Our content
All course materials, videos, text, logos and designs on the platform belong to Web Dynamix Academy or our partners and are protected by copyright. Your own submitted work remains yours; you allow us to store and review it for your training.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by things outside our control such as internet outages or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you by email or on the website.
